Transport:

1. Address: Lutheran Theological Seminary, 50 To Fung Shan Road, Shatin.
2. Take a taxi directly to LTS from Tai Wai MTR Station. The fare is about HK$40.
3. Due to the narrow width of To Fung Shan Road, if there are a large number of participants, LTS strongly advised the group to book a coach not more than 29-seat.
4. For those who apply for meeting and retreat venue, no car-parking will be provided.
5. For those who apply for wedding ceremony venue, limited car-parking will be provided.

Remarks for the Rental Services under Severe Weather:

1. If the storm warning signal no. 8 or above / black rainstorm warning signal is still hoisted at 8:00am, the LTS campus will be closed in the morning until 1:00pm; if it is still hoisted at 12:00nn, the LTS campus will be closed all day.
2. For those who apply for meeting and retreat venue, can choose to postpone the rental date (must be held within 6 months) or cancel in case of the above-mentioned severe weather conditions. If the applicant chooses to cancel, LTS will refund the paid rent and the guaranty deposit in full, but only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded for meal fees.
3. For those who apply for wedding ceremony venue, in case of the above-mentioned severe weather conditions, the rental application will be cancelled automatically, LTS will refund the rent and the guaranty deposit paid in full.
4. If the storm warning signal no. 8 or above / black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted during the venue rental period, LTS will deal with the situation according to the situation, and LTS reserves the right to make all decisions.
